Our products are made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality.

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced if reported within 7 days of delivery.

Customers should email info@madebychosen.com with photos and their order number.
